Career in brief…

David has a long career and has worked with some well-known companies such as Ernst & Young, Kellogg’s and Telewest. He has managed assignments that involved supply chain strategy, the application of lean tools such as 5S, SMED and Kanbans and also coaching and mentoring. Attainments to date include a £3.2m reduction in inventory holding costs, a £10m revenue gain through significantly improved product availability and £30m p.a. savings achieved by restructuring a supply chain.
