Dom Brook
Managing Director
Dom guides the growth of BrookConsult, ensuring that it continues its expansion to provide business support solutions to organisations across the region, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction rates that BrookConsult is renowned for.
Dom also leads the business support team, initially as the first point of contact with businesses seeking support to design and implement their project support package with BrookConsult’s associate consultants.
Andrew Armstrong
Project Director
With an impressive background within Advanced Manufacturing and Programme Management, Andrew leads on the Strategic Development of BrookConsult’s Programme Management landscape.
Andrew helps to secure and implement high value contracts both inside and out of the South Yorkshire region. He also supports as a Development Consultant to BrookConsult’s Manufacturing clients on the Made Smarter programme.
Andrew recently became a Certified SIRI Assessor. His role is to help manufacturers develop an objective, impact-driven approach to introduce, scale up, or lead their industry through the adoption of Industry 4.0.

Alex Musselwhite
Head of Projects
Management and delivery of improvement projects and SIRI assessments. Previously, an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce, with experience at Nissan and Magnetic Systems Technology.
Alex also has a First-Class Honours BEng in Mechanical Engineering. Specialising in advanced manufacturing processes.
Dan Briscoe
Continuous Improvement Consultant
Dan Briscoe is a seasoned specialist consultant with a rich background in engineering, operations, and business improvement. With over two decades of experience spanning roles from Design Engineer to Managing Director, he brings expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project and programme management, change management, and integrating people, processes, and technology.
Dan is skilled in workshop facilitation, data analysis, process improvement, and business change readiness assessments. He has delivered impactful results across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and financial services. His qualifications in Mechatronics, Business Administration, and Business Coaching underpin his ability to design tailored solutions that drive sustainable improvements.

Shaine joined BrookConsult as a Specialist Consultant in January 2023.
Bringing a wealth of expertise, Shaine’s skillset includes certifications as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and 14001, FSC, ISCC EU, and ISCC Plus, along with qualifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Level 3 QCF Trainer.
Recently, Shaine has focused on preparing businesses for significant regulatory changes, such as the Plastic Packaging Tax, EPR/PRN compliance, and Environmental Permitting. He has also contributed to government lobbying efforts on PPT and the 2023 EPR reforms.
Shaine’s experience spans working with a diverse range of clients, from small independent manufacturers to NASDAQ-listed companies, delivering tailored solutions to drive compliance and operational excellence.
Trudy Morris

Trudy has been an associate with Brook since 2022, having worked in both the public and private sectors at director level for many years.
Trudy has a masters degree in Strategic Personnel and Development, gained Chartered Fellow of the CIPD in 2012; and along with over 30 years working as a Human Resources professional she has the experience and expertise to effectively advise our businesses on all aspects relating to people.
Trudy’s depth and breadth of understanding both in a strategic and operational capacity means she is able to assess a situation quickly and resolve issues effectively, partnering and coaching our clients to provide effective people management.
Jeff Long
Specialist Consultant
Drawing from a wealth of over 35 years of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Finance experience, Jeff is a seasoned business professional, complete with the silver hair you would expect from someone with decades of first-hand business experience.
Beginning his business journey in FMCG sales, Jeff has an impressive track record of working in a wide range of sectors, including Accounting, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Technology and Banking, before starting, growing and selling his own successful manufacturing, Import and export business.
Jeff now uses his experience to provide coaching and mentoring to Yorkshire businesses, with the sole aim of helping business owners and their teams to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
