Career in brief…

Caroline’s career began as a Junior IT Programmer, moving quickly through various IT positions within the manufacturing sector. Following a period of managing a team of field engineers, Caroline secured a role in Project Management, which led to managing ISO implementations. Subsequently, Caroline accepted a role as a Compliance and Improvement Manager, leading the operational and strategic standards compliance pertinent to the delivery of customer contracts across both the public and private sector.
